Gold Technical Analysis

Gold remains in a short-term corrective phase on the 1-hour chart after reaching a recent high of $4,696. Price has formed a series of lower highs and lower lows, keeping near-term momentum tilted to the downside.

The key support zone is around $4,583, followed by $4,573. A sustained break below $4,583 could open the way toward lower levels and extend the current correction.

On the upside, $4,606 is the first resistance, followed by $4,640, $4,674 and the major resistance around $4,697. The short-term bias remains bearish while gold trades below $4,606. However, a move back above $4,640 could weaken the bearish setup and bring the $4,674–$4,697 area back into focus.

EURUSD Technical Analysis

EURUSD is showing a neutral-to-bearish short-term structure, with the pair consolidating around the 1.1650 area after retreating from the 1.1675–1.1680 region.

Price is currently trading slightly below the MA5, MA10 and MA20, suggesting that short-term momentum remains weak. The first key support is at 1.1641, while a break below this level could expose 1.1638 and 1.1620.

On the upside, 1.1662 is the initial resistance, followed by the 1.1675–1.1680 area. A sustained move above 1.1662 could signal a recovery toward the recent highs, while continued trading below this level keeps the short-term bias tilted lower.
